No refunds on purchased packages, but name change is permitted. If passes are sold to another party, please contact us with updates by January 31, 2026. Email us at customer service@ibc-ps.com and include your name, order number, and the name of the person to issue pass to. Event wristbands must be worn at all times. Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed. Must be 21 or older to register and attend all events. Events will take place Rain or Shine.
